These terms govern use of NBA2kFinder, including Discord integrations, paid memberships, creator programs, moderation, and account access.

Introduction

Welcome to NBA2kFinder.

NBA2kFinder is an online platform designed to help NBA 2K players find crews, recruit teammates, and connect with competitive communities.

By accessing or using the NBA2kFinder website, Discord integrations, or related services (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.

NBA2kFinder is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by 2K Sports or Take-Two Interactive.

Eligibility

To use NBA2kFinder you must be at least 13 years of age, have a valid Discord account, and comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Users under the age of 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian.

Platform Integrity

Listings, player stats, verification requests, and crew claims must be accurate.

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Fake or misleading player statistics
• Misrepresentation of crews or achievements
• Abuse of verification systems
• Account sharing for competitive advantage
• Manipulation of ranking or reputation systems
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

Violations may result in membership removal, listing removal, Discord moderation actions, or temporary or permanent bans.

User Accounts

Users may access NBA2kFinder through Discord authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, all actions performed through your account, and providing accurate information.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

NBA2kFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Membership Billing

NBA2kFinder may offer optional subscription tiers such as Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Paid memberships are processed through Stripe, renew automatically at the selected billing interval, and can be cancelled by the user at any time.

Upgrades unlock additional platform features but do not guarantee profile verification approval, front-page placement, affiliate payouts, or crew ranking placement.

Refund decisions remain at the discretion of NBA2kFinder unless required by law.

Creator and Affiliate Terms

NBA2kFinder may provide affiliate links, creator codes, or partnership programs.

Affiliate codes may only be used for legitimate promotion of NBA2kFinder.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Self-referrals
• Misleading marketing claims
• Coupon abuse
• Chargeback farming
• Artificial purchases to inflate commission earnings

Violations may result in commission forfeiture, affiliate removal, or account suspension.

Content and Media

Users may upload content such as crew logos, crew banners, profile images, player statistics, crew descriptions, and community ratings.

All uploaded content must be safe for work (SFW), lawful, and owned or licensed by the uploader.

NBA2kFinder may use automated moderation systems, including image scanning tools, to detect prohibited content.

Content that violates community standards may be rejected, removed, flagged for review, or reported to moderators.

Discord Integration

NBA2kFinder may integrate with Discord bots and commands.

By using these integrations you acknowledge that some commands may create public listings, data may sync between Discord and the website, and abuse of commands may trigger rate limits or restrictions.

Users must also comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.

Moderation and Enforcement

NBA2kFinder staff may take moderation actions when necessary to protect the platform.

Enforcement actions may include content removal, listing removal, warning notifications, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, feature restrictions, and affiliate or membership removal.

Moderation decisions are made to maintain platform safety and integrity.

Platform Availability

NBA2kFinder is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free service, or permanent availability of features.

The platform may undergo updates, maintenance, or feature changes at any time.

Limitation of Liability

NBA2kFinder is not responsible for disputes between crews or players, third-party services including Discord or Stripe, user-generated content, or loss of data due to outages or technical issues.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Termination

NBA2kFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

Users may request account deletion by contacting platform administrators.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.

Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
